VLC 0.9.9

VLC logoVLC (VideoLAN) popularity grows nowadays. It is multifunctional video player. Playing of any video format is in the list of its functions. In addition it operates with DVD disks (DVD disks’ menu and so on). It receives signals through net that is sent by VideoLAN Server application or another one. DVB card receiving is supported too.

A lot of users like VLC because of its possibility to play many modern HD video formats. So far codecs for HD are very exotic being, but VLC has them. Besides that player is able to transfer between tracks and it is cross-platform application. The other day new VLC version 0.9.9 was released. Its modifications are fixed bugs.
