The Windows Phone 7.5 Refresh, codenamed Tango, will arrive in China on March 21, according to an invitation sent to media outlets. This will be the first time handsets with Microsoft's Windows Phone mobile operating system will be officially sold in the country, LiveSide reported. HTC has already released a phone in China on March 14, the Titan, ahead of the event, however, which is said to have 7.5 Refresh preloaded.
On March 28, another handset maker, Nokia, is expected to officially unveil its Lumia range for China. Three phones running on Windows Phone 7.5 Refresh are expected to be revealed, including the Lumia 610, Lumia 800, and Lumia 900.
The Windows Phone Marketplace, an app store for the OS, is expected to go live soon after the official announcement on the 21st.
