GPU-Z logo GPU-Z is used for video card characteristics detection. This is simple application whose size is about 900 Kbytes and does not require installation. It supports a lot of modern accelerators, including mobile GPUs and integrated graphics. Each new release contains a lot of modifications.

This is the list of version 0.4.8 modifications:

Added support for NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 and future GF104 variants
Updated TMU/Texture rate calculation method
Fixed memory clock monitoring on Radeon HD 6850, HD 6870
Fixed label corruption on cards without any shaders
Fixed rare CrossFire detection bug on ancient ATI drivers
Added voltage monitoring fallback for ATI cards with unsupported voltage controller
Updated PCI vendor ID for PowerColor
Removed MSI giveaway
