Opera Mini userbase passes 61 million in May

Opera Software's State of the Mobile Web Report for May has now been released and it paints the picture of another successful month for the Opera Mini browser, which has seen its user base go up by 4.2% sequentially and reach 61.4 million people.

Last month has also seen Indonesia become the top country in terms of Opera Mini users, the rest of the top ten including (in order) Russia, India, China, Nigeria, Ukraine, South Africa, the United States, Vietnam and the United Kingdom.

Opera Mini users have viewed 28.3 billion pages in May, this being an increase of 7.7% sequentially and a massive 193.8% on-year. For more info see this page for the full May report.
