Microsoft is expected to release a public Technology Preview at its September 30th event for Enterprise users to download and test. This will be the first official version of Windows 9 available to the public, and feedback will be the main source of improvement throughout its development. Microsoft is planning to update the Threshold preview multiple times a month with new builds which could differ depending on your feedback.
