Screenshot shows off Windows 8.1 with Bing

Windows 8.1 logoA new screenshot has surfaced on the internet showcasing the desktop and PC info of a build of Windows 8.1 with Bing. Nothing too exciting to see from the screenshot, but those of you who are diehard followers of Windows 8.1 builds will surely appreciate this screenshot.

Microsoft recently revealed that Windows 8.1 with Bing will only be available preloaded on devices from hardware partners. Microsoft wants to help ensure hardware partners are able to build innovative, differentiated, and competitive devices on the Windows platform. This means we will begin to see low cost devices running Windows 8.1 with Bing. Nothing is different feature-wise as the operating system simply comes with Bing as the default search engine within Internet Explorer.

We are expected to see these types of low cost devices during Computex 2014 in Taipei, Taiwan beginning June 3rd. We'll be providing coverage of the event, so stay tuned!
