The rumor about a Titanium-less GeForce GTX 560 card has been revived today through a report claiming that such a card is indeed in plan and will be introduced by Nvidia (and most of its add-in board partners) on May 17.
The initial claim was that the GeForce GTX 560 would be placed between the GTX 560 Ti and GTX 550 Ti - probably targeting the $199 mark, and feature 336 CUDA Cores (like the GTX 460), 56 Texture Units, a 256-bit memory interface and 1GB of GDDR5 memory. The card's frequencies are still unknown but it's just a matter of time before they slip out.
