A modder has turned his Nintendo Wii gaming console into a notebook of sorts by taking out its guts and installing them into two plastic cases and tying it to a 7-inch LCD. It uses a SunDriver modchip that can accommodate a 2.5-inch SATA hard drive instead of the Wii's standard DVD drive. The drive contains ripped games, including classic GameCube titles.
Three speakers are built-in, and the sensor bar is built into the case as well. Rechargeable batteries exclusively power the device. The SunDrive can support homebrew ROMs, as well as same-region GameCube and Wii games.
