Samsung logoIf you have your mind set on the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, or the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, Samsung is making it more affordable for you to pick up either handset. Trade in your Apple iPhone 5, or Apple iPhone 5s, and Sammy will grease your palm with a promotional certificate that will knock rubles off of the price of either phone. Oh, did we tell you that this deal is only being offered in Russia?

Trade in the iPhone 5 or iPhone 5s, and receive a certificate that drops the price of the 32GB Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ by 10,000 rubles ($155 USD). If the 64GB Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is your preference, trading in either iPhone model will allow you to buy Samsung's high-end phablet with a discount certificate valued at 15,000 rubles ($233 USD).

If you don't own the iPhone 5 or iPhone 5s, Samsung will reward those loyal to the company by also accepting in trade the Samsung GALAXY Note II, Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, Samsung Galaxy S4 and the Samsung Galaxy S5. According to the report, which comes out of Russia, the discount offered by Samsung for the Galaxy S6 edge+ and the Galaxy Note 5 remains the same, regardless whether the device traded-in is the iPhone 5, the iPhone 5s, or the Samsung Galaxy devices listed.
